3 Gmail Productivity Tips

Matt Cutts, of Google fame, outlines three Gmail productivity tips to help us waste as little time as possible with email. The tips include: Mailing lists should skip the inbox, use Firefox and the Greasemonkey for persistent searches, and create a label for all external mail.
