You're a genius! Having just upgraded from a T3 to a Treo, I was afraid I was going to have to abandon my favorite Gant skin. Now I'm back in business. A word of advice to future readers: don't copy and paste step #9 directly into your ZLBuild.rcp file, or if you do, do a global replace on the left and right quotes to plain straight quotes. I am very computer literate, but not a palm expert by any means. Followed this on the Plass theme and it worked perfectly. The bitmaps listed here doubled "Tbmp5630-8-d144.bmp".... you can assume the second one is "Tbmp5631-8-d144.bmp". The only problem I ran into was when I copied and pasted the RCP code. It would not compile. I finally realized that when I copied into Notepad, the " marks came in as the angled quote marks (didn't even realize Notepad supported them). After I deleted them and re-added them, it compiled just fine. Thank you! That was the only thing missing on my Treo 650.
