ZLauncher Updated to Version 5.3

ZZTechs has updated ZLauncher to version 5.3. Major changes include:

1. A new plugin. ZLPluginStatus can display the status of Bluetooth and of System sound.

2. Sound capababilty added. Wav can be used to control sounds for different options in ZLauncher.
